Receipt Maker privacy policy

Receipt Maker creates receipts for PDF/PNG export or printing.

Data and use

Chrome extension storage keeps the saved business profile, logo, preferences, counters and receipt details, including customer, item and payment information, in receiptMaker.v1. Successful PDF/PNG exports save up to 200 documents as snapshots, showing the latest 20; printing alone does not add a history entry. receiptMakerRatePrompt stores prompt timing and responses. Unsaved edits end on replacement, reload or closure.

Analytics

The welcome page and the hosted goodbye and rating pages carry analytics used to count installs and removals by country.

Feedback and reviews

1-3 stars open feedback; removal may open an optional goodbye survey. Submitted comments reach the publisher through Telegram. 4-5 stars open Chrome Web Store reviews once configured.

Retention and deletion

Clear history removes saved documents and suggestions, not the form or profile; profile Clear resets business details, not history. Uninstall removes extension storage, not exports or submitted records, whose retention follows receiving services' terms and settings.

Your rights

Where applicable, you can learn how data is used, access, correct or delete it, restrict or object to processing, request portability, withdraw consent, complain to a supervisory authority and exercise California rights without discrimination.

Children

Use children's personal data only with appropriate authorisation.

Limited Use

Sale and unrelated use or sharing of user data are prohibited.

The use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
